In 1947 Fermin Ayuso Roig decided to found his own winery, chosen as the site Villarrobledo ideal, then, few places get so many qualities for grape growing. Its climate and soil make this area a unique cradle of great wines. From the beginning, Fermin Ayuso worried about getting healthy grapes and harvested with great care and, in turn, classified according to their variety and quality. With the harvest of 1965, it began marketing the brand Stole, first reserve wine from La Mancha. The curiosity and acceptance were such that in 1973 the cellar was visited by the Vatican's Apostolic Nuncio by recording in a barrel that even today can be seen.
