Finca Sandoval 4 products
Victor de la Serna, or Fernando Point, wine journalist and columnist in leading newspapers as El Mundo, is one of the most renowned wine critics and heavier in our country. Finca Sandoval is a personal project. Initiated in 1998, rises in the nearly ten acres of syrah that are at the heart of Manchuela in the province of Cuenca. The winery has a production capacity of 70,000 liters, 200 oak barrels and an air conditioning system for the ship and the area foster care bottles. Grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes 12 to 15 kilograms.
The four parcels, identified four types of different terroirs, are vinified separately. Is fermented in small open tanks of 5,000 liters and sink his hat very often.
